Return Policy

NO REFUNDS, Exchange or Store Credit Only

 Our policy lasts 14 days after date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by from the day your item(s) were purchased, unfortunately, we can't offer you store credit/exchange. Purchases from community events, and promotional ads and sales are not returnable purchases. - If you do not notify us of a return, your item will be sent back to you without being inspected.

 If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.

Reasons for denial including but not limited to:
- Signs of washing 
- Item(s) smelling of smoke, perfume, deodorant, etc 
- Excessive animal/human hair
- Signs of wear (stains, smell, etc)

 Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent.

If there is excessive wrinkling, the return is subject to denial. 

 All items must be unworn and unwashed.

 Original tags must be attached.

 Once the package is received, it may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed (even longer after a launch or re-stock).

If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and you will receive a store credit for the amount that you paid, including taxes.

If your return is denied, it will be sent back to you.
